Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They form a legally binding agreement between you and CheerAI LLC (“CheerAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We refer to them as the “Terms” (also called our “terms and conditions”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of websites, browser experiences, browser extensions, and related services we operate, including Game Anything at gameanything.com, together with games, mini-games, competitions, creator tools, and add-ons offered there or linked from there (collectively, the “Services” or “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Services—including creating an account, signing in, or continuing after we present these Terms—you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older, or who meet the applicable minimum age required by the laws of the country where you live, whichever is higher.
You may not use the Services if:

If we learn that you do not meet the age requirement, we may suspend or terminate your access and delete related account information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Game Anything is an AI-assisted casual gaming platform: browser-based play, creation tools, competitions and shared maze challenges, and reusable game assets on gameanything.com. Features, availability, and supported browsers may change without notice.
You may use parts of the Platform without an account. Certain features (for example saving progress, profile features, or competitions) may require registration or sign-in.
To create an account you may register with a username, email address, and password, or continue with a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Google or Facebook, when enabled). Creation and use of an account is subject to these Terms.
You agree that:
If we have reason to believe information you provided is inaccurate or incomplete, we may ask you to correct it and may restrict access until you do.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk for us or other users, transferred or sold your account, or if we cannot verify information you provided after reasonable efforts.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account closure or deletion requests can be made through available account settings or by contacting us.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or other users.
If you upload, generate, or submit content (including maps, levels, maze layouts, sprites, text prompts, scores, or other materials) through creator tools, competitions, extensions, or community features (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content to the extent you hold rights in it. You grant CheerAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the Services.
You represent that you have the rights needed to grant the above license and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms, but we do not undertake to monitor all User Content.
By participating in competitions or leaderboards, you agree that your display name, scores, and related play details may be shown to other users.
The Services, including branding, graphics, game design (where not user-submitted), software, and documentation, are owned by CheerAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, ads, analytics, sign-in providers, or platforms (for example Google, Facebook/Meta, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager). Those third parties’ terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEERAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEERAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHEERAI’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CheerAI from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify these Terms or the Services. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
