Puzzle Maze challenges your spatial reasoning with logic-first maze navigation. Move tile by tile from start to exit, collect keys to open gates, gather coins for score, and reach the glowing portal to complete each level.

Every maze is solvable — your job is to read the layout, plan your route, and clear stages with as few moves and as little time as possible.

🎮Gameplay Mechanics

1. Movement

• Use arrow keys or WASD to move one tile at a time through the maze.
• You cannot pass through walls — plan your path before committing to a direction.
• Backtracking is part of the puzzle when a branch leads to a dead end.

2. Keys and Gates

• Collect keys scattered through the level to unlock gated passages.
• You need a key in hand before you can pass through a locked gate.
• Sometimes the optimal route requires picking up keys in a specific order.

3. Collectibles and Score

• Coins and bonus pickups boost your score as you navigate.
• Fewer moves and faster clears earn more points on each level.
• Balance speed against careful route planning for the best result.

4. Stars and Levels

• Earn up to three stars per level based on your time and move count.
• Complete levels to unlock harder stages with trickier layouts.
• Use Level Select to replay earlier stages and improve your star ratings.

5. Restart and Progress

• Restart anytime to retry a level from the beginning.
• Your best score and highest unlocked level are saved automatically.
• Pause when you need a break — the maze will wait for you.

• Study the full layout at the start — identify gates, keys, and likely dead ends before taking your first step.

• Grab keys on the way to the exit rather than backtracking across the whole maze later.
