Run three lanes beside a moving train, ride the ramp onto the roof, grab coins, and beat the clock.
📖How to Play
Rush Runner is a fullscreen lane runner. The train is the course: carriages, ramps, and a faster roof line. Switch lanes, jump hurdles, and slide under barriers. Coins sit on the ground and on the roof.
🎮Gameplay Mechanics
1. Start
- Click or tap the start screen to begin.
- Desktop: arrow keys or WASD. Mobile: swipe.
2. Lanes
- Move left and right across three lanes.
- Stay on a lane that has carriages when you want the ramp.
3. Ramp and roof
- The ramp carries you up onto the train roof. A jump cannot reach it.
- The roof is faster and has its own coin line.
4. Obstacles
- Jump over low barriers.
- Slide under high ones.
- Hitting an obstacle costs time.
5. Coins and finish
- Collect coins along the run.
- Cross the finish gate. Your time is the score, and earlier ghosts show how the run compared.
💡Tips for Success
1. Read the lane ahead: an empty lane has no ramp onto the roof.
2. Take the roof when a coin line is waiting — it is the faster line.
3. Jump early for low barriers and slide only when the bar is overhead.
4. A short speed boost appears after some barriers. Grab it when the next stretch is clear.
Can you clear the track with a faster time and a fuller coin count?
🧠Design & Strategy
Rush Runner is a lane-reading race, not a pure reflex hop. Three lanes are not equal: only a lane with carriages has a ramp, and the roof is a separate faster line with its own coins. Strong runs decide early whether to stay on the ground or commit to the ramp.
Jump clears low barriers. Slide is for overhead bars. A jump cannot reach the roof — if you want that coin line, you have to be on the ramp lane before it arrives. Speed boosts after barriers reward a clean exit more than a greedy one.
