Items ride the belt. Slam the press on crushable ones, and leave the spikes alone.
📖How to Play
Crush Anything is a fullscreen timing game. Objects roll toward a hydraulic press. Crush the soft ones, skip the dangerous ones, and keep a combo going as the belt speeds up.
🎮Gameplay Mechanics
1. Start
- Click or tap the start screen to begin.
- Desktop: click, Space, Enter, or Arrow Down. Mobile: tap the screen.
2. What to crush
- Crushable items are smooth and warm-colored: balloon, tomato, cake, donut, mushroom, egg, and more.
- A well-timed slam scores more. Perfect hits inside the center window build a combo.
3. What to leave
- Danger items are spiked or bladed: cactus, saw, durian, nail, razor, caltrop, and spike strip.
- Crushing one costs a heart.
4. Neutrals and medkits
- Crates and barrels give a small score if crushed, and nothing if you let them pass.
- A medkit restores a heart. If you are already full, it pays a small bonus instead.
5. The deadline
- Miss three crushable items in a row and a 10-second warning starts.
- Slam once before it hits zero, or the run ends.
💡Tips for Success
1. Wait until the item is under the press. Early slams miss the window.
2. Read the silhouette: round and warm means crush, spikes and blades mean wait.
3. A combo multiplier climbs with consecutive crushable hits. One danger or miss resets it.
4. When the warning is up, one slam clears it — even if the belt looks empty.
Can you keep the press clean through the faster stages?
🧠Design & Strategy
Crush Anything is a sorting problem played with one button. The belt keeps moving, so the skill is naming the object before it reaches the press: round and warm gets crushed, spikes and blades get a free pass. A perfect window in the center pays more and builds the combo. One danger or one miss resets it.
Later stages pair a hazard in front of a crushable, then shrink the gap. Slam the second item, not the first. The 10-second warning is a reset, not a score chase: one slam clears three misses. Hearts are the real resource — a medkit is worth waiting for when you are already down one.
